Di dalam video clip tersebut di ceritakan beberapa wanita yang mengalami krisis kepercayaan diri karena fisik. 1 wanita yang menahan dirinya untuk makan dan mengalami bulimia karena terobsesi untuk mendapatkan bentuk badan yang seksi seperti model. Wanita yang lain yang hampir melakukan operasi plastik pada payudaranya demi kekasihnya. Dan 1 wanita lagi di bully oleh beberapa orang karena perbedaan warna kulit. Lagu tersebut sebenarnya sangat simple ingin menyampaikan pesan bahwa anda semua, khususnya wanita, you are beautiful just the way you are. Anda bisa saja dandan dengan make up yang mahal, anda juga bisa melakukan operasi untuk mendapatkan bentuk badan atau wajah seperti artis atau model, tetapi jika anda tidak bisa menjadi dan tidak menemukan diri anda sendiri di dalam tubuh anda, anda akan tetap tidak merasa cantik. Karena cantik tidak hanya tentang penampilan fisik, tetapi inner beauty juga berperan penting dalam hal ini.

Menjaga penampilan fisik dengan baik, adalah bonus bagi kita. Merawat diri agar terlihat menarik itu perlu. Dan jika inner beauty anda pun bersinar, maka anda akan menjadi pribadi yang menarik dan cantik. Tidak perlu meniru gaya orang lain, tidak perlu menjadi seperti orang lain, jadilah diri anda sendiri. Jangan biarkan kata-kata negative membuat anda menjadi krisis kepercayaan diri. Kata-kata negative tidak perlu di cari, mereka ada dimana-mana.

Make up bisa membantu para wanita terlihat lebih cantik. Bisa menutup bagian-bagian wajah yang kurang. Bisa juga menyamarkan noda jerawat, mempertegas mata dan lain sebagainya. Tetapi, make up itu hanya di pakai sementara, bisa dihapus sewaktu-waktu. Maka dari itu, make up yang terbaik menurut saya, adalah senyuman. Cobalah anda bercermin dan tersenyum manis, maka anda akan melihat wajah yang cantik di cermin itu. Jika anda bisa melihat bahwa anda cantik, maka dunia pun akan melihat hal yang sama. Karena dikuasai oleh dendam, seringkali kita menjadi ‘buta' karena dendam tersebut perlahan meracuni diri kita. Begitulah yang diceritakan dalam film Spiderman 3. Peter Parker bergumul dengan kematian pamannya dan menaruh dendam dan ingin membalas. Ia yang awalnya baik dan hatinya bersih, perlahan menjadi seorang yang tidak ia kenali, ia menikmati kekuasaan jahat dalam dirinya.

May, bibi dari Peter berkata, "Uncle Ben meant the world to us. But he wouldn't want us living one second with revenge in our hearts. It's like a poison. It can take you over. Before you know it, turn us into something ugly." Walaupun ia kehilangan suami yang ia kasihi, tetapi ia tidak menaruh dendam kepada orang yang membunuh suaminya itu. Ada seorang gadis yang kehilangan orangtuanya karena kecelakaan. Mobil yang ditumpangi oleh orangtuanya ditabrak oleh seorang pengemudi yang mabuk. Ia kehilangan kedua orangtuanya karena kelalaian seseorang, yang tidak ia kenali. Awalnya ia marah. Ia tidak bisa menerima itu semua terjadi. Ia tidak sanggup melihat wajah pengemudi tersebut, karena ia benci terhadap orang itu. Ia ingin orang tersebut mati.

Tetapi setelah berapa lama, ia dihadirkan di acara talkshow Oprah Winfrey. Dan untuk pertama kalinya, ia akan dipertemukan dengan pengemudi mabuk yang telah merenggut nyawa kedua orangtuanya itu. Mereka tidak bertemu langsung, tetapi mereka menggunakan video call karenapengemudi tersebut masih mendekam di penjara atas kesalahan yang ia lakukan. Dengan berlinang air mata, mereka berdua saling mendengar perasaan masing-masing.

Gadis tersebut lalu mengatakan, bahwa ia sudah memaafkan pengemudi tersebut. Semua penonton terharu. Terlebih pengemudi tersebut, ia menangis tersedu-sedu saat gadis itu mengatakan bahwa ia sudah memaafkannya. Dia memang bersalah, mengemudi dalam keadaan mabuk lalu menyebabkan kecelakaan dan mengakibatkan gadis ini kehilangan orangtuanya. Ia merasa bersalah dan menyesal, dan tertekan. Hingga gadis ini menyatakan ia memaafkan dirinya, ia tidak percaya bahwa ia diberikan kesempatan untuk berubah. Ia mengucapkan terima kasih dengan tersedu-sedu. Mereka berdua bebas dari perasaan tertekan yang selama ini membelenggu dalam hati mereka.

Saat gadis itu memaafkan pengemudi itu, bukan hanya pengemudi yang merasakan kelegaan dan kebahagiaan karena sebenarnya sang gadis itu pun membebaskan dirinya dari perasaan benci dan dendam yang mengendap dalam hatinya, yang perlahan akan menjadi racun di dalam tubuhnya. Ya, gadis itu membuat keputusan yang tepat. Ia memilih untuk melepaskan semua itu dan move on. Tidak mudah melakukan hal itu. Dan tidak semua orang mampu mengendalikan diri mereka sendiri. Tahukah anda bahwa hal tersulit untuk dilakukan adalah mengendalikan diri kita sendiri?
